Payment

Lexx Stones accepts PAYPAL or major credit cards processed through PAYPAL. Lexx Stones DOES NOT accept checks, money orders or e-Checks of any kind.

 

Shipping

We generally ship within 24 hours.

STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING is $7.00 via USPS First Class Mail with Tracking, insured up to $150 USD for all domestic purchases, unless otherwise requested. We will ship via USPS Priority Mail small flat rate box or envelope upon request for $8.00 plus cost of insurance. If an item arrives broken or goes missing, please contact the carrier with your reimbursement claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is via USPS First Class International, or upon request Priority Mail International flat rate box or envelope at an additional cost, calculated by country. You are responsible for all additional duties, taxes and service requests incurred by the sale. USPS Insurance is not available for international mailings.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

These are handcrafted one-of-a-kind pieces. 

We photograph all of our hand made products under full spectrum fluorescent LED lighting or under direct sunlight, sometimes both, with a video on usually a neutral gray or white background to exhibit every detail along with all measurements and a carat weight of the item for reference. Items are not priced or sold by weight.

Choose items carefully because a change of mind (Buyer's Remorse) is not an acceptable reason for return of an item.  All sales final. If you feel something is not right, let us know and we will make it right!

CUSTOM ORDERS - Payment due upon invoice receipt. Work starts upon cleared payment. Turn around time is approximately 3-4 weeks for custom orders. All sales are final on custom orders. No exceptions.

Seller Information 

Lexx Stones Cabochons are cut, formed and polished from the finest mined rough available. Our stones are never dyed or reconstituted, and are always handcrafted by us in our Westchester, New York studio. We perform custom work as well, so bring us your ideas, and we will happily work with you if we can.
